Three steps, start to finish.

Engage us.
After your free consultation and engagement letter, we send a Verifyle invitation to your email.

Upload securely.
Your private, encrypted space holds your W-2s, 1099s, and supporting documents — with secure messaging built in.

Review and authorize.
Receive your completed return in the portal. Print, sign, and upload your e-file authorization (Form 8879) there too.
Why not email
Why we never send tax documents by email.
Email attachments travel and sit unencrypted, get forwarded by accident, and are the single most common way tax identity theft starts. A convincing-looking message asking you to “send your W-2 real quick” is a phishing attempt, not a professional practice.
So we don’t do it. Every document and every message moves through the portal, where it is encrypted and only visible to you and your CPA.
We will never ask you to email us tax documents — treat any such request as suspicious.
We also don’t accept them over WhatsApp. If you ever get a message that looks like it’s from us asking for documents outside the portal, don’t reply — contact us and we’ll confirm.
